Beaverton Foods attendance at the annual Fancy Foods Show is noted by Gourmet News. CEO Domonic Biggi used the show to gain feedback from attendees for the development of four new Sriracha flavors (in addition to the award winning Inglehoffer Sriracha Mustard). Sweet & Sour Sriracha stood out as the favorite new flavor, followed closely by Creamy, Wasabi Tamiri and Teriyaki Sriracha sauces.
