Maple Bourbon Mustard Glaze Ham

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 1 inch of water.
3In a non stick saucepan, combine the Orange Juice, Maple Syrup,
4Cola, Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard, Brown Sugar, and Bourbon.
5Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
6Remove from the heat and brush the ham with the glaze.
7Put ham in the oven and continue to cook for approximately 1-1/2 hours.
8brushing the ham every 15 minutes with the glaze.
9Remove the ham and skim off any accumulated fat from the bottom of the pan.
10Add any remaining liquid from the roasting pan to the saucepan.
11Add an additional 1/4 cup of Bourbon to the saucepan.
12Bring saucepan contents to a boil and serve the glaze on the side with the ham.
