Carolina BBQ Sauce for Smoked Pork Shoulder & Ribs

Ingredients

½ cup BeaverBrand Yellow Mustard

½ cup BeaverBrand or Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard

½ cup Honey

½ cup Brown Sugar

½ cup White Wine Vinegar

¼ cup Distilled 100 grain Vinegar

Fine Sea Salt & White Pepper to taste

Directions

1Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Adjust the vinegar and sugar balance to taste.
