Butter makes most food taste better. If you like Mexican food, try this juicy, mustard butter Burger.
- Prep: 20 mins
- Cook: 15 mins
- Yields: 2 Servings
Directions
1Season the beef with salt & pepper and form it into 2 round balls.
2Mix the butter with the mustard and divide into 2 round portions. Insert each portion into the middle of the burger ball and cover the ball with meat to ensure the mustard butter is in the middle.
3Gently push down & flatten the burger into a patty to conform to the shape of the bun.
4Cook to desired doneness (USDA recommended safe temp. for ground beef is 160 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature).
5Place each patty on the bottom of each bun & top with cheese, avocado slices, Salsa & the top of the bun.
Let the burgers rest for at least five minutes prior to serving to allow the juices of the meat to even out.
