

Shrimp in Lime and Salsa

Sometimes simple is better. This recipe doesn't call for many ingredients - just a few of the best ones like fresh shrimp, lime and Charlie’s Smoky Bacon Salsa.
Directions
1Rinse the shrimp and pat dry on a paper towel
2Season with salt to taste
3Heat the oil in non stick skillet on high heat
4Add minced garlic and shrimp and sear on both sides.
5Add the sherry and salsa to the skillet, cover and reduce to low heat
6Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turns white
7Uncover, and transfer the shrimp and sauce to a serving plate
8Top with fresh squeezed lime juice
