Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

4 tablespoons Inglehoffer Creamy Dill Mustard

Fresh lemon

1/4 stick of butter

Freshly grated lemon peel

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet

3With a pastry brush, coat both sides of the 2 filets with olive oil

4Place skin side down on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste

5Brush the skinless side with Inglehoffer Creamy Dill Mustard

6Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish

7Fold the ends of the foil over the fish to form a sealed packet

8Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes
