Easy cole slaw

  • Yields: Depends on the amount of cabbage on hand!

Ingredients

Shredded cabbage

Olive oil

Ingelhoff creamy dill mustard

(optional: apple slices)

(Optional: fennel or caraway seeds)

(Optional: dill fronds)

Directions

1Toss shredded cabbage (and apples if using) with a bit of olive oil to coat lightly

2Mix more olive oil with mustard to taste, for dressing

3Toss slaw with dressing and add fennel or caraway seeds

4Let sit a bit, preferably refrigerated

5Garnish with dill fronds
