Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts

Quick & Easy chicken breasts prepared in a skillet that also works with boneless skinless chicken thighs.

1Season the chicken breasts with the garlic, salt, & pepper.
2In a non-stick skillet, sear the marinated chicken breasts on each side in the olive oil.
3In a bowl, whisk the white wine, orange juice, orange peel, and mustard.
4Add the sauce to the skillet. Cover and cook on medium high heat until chicken juices run clear when poked with a fork, or 165 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature when checked with a meat thermometer – approx. 5-7 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.
5Uncover and place chicken on serving plates.
6Pour the sauce in the skillet over the cooked chicken.
