Pan Seared Tuna & Wasabi Horseradish Sauce

Tuna and horseradish - a classic Asian sushi inspired combination brought to life with a double dose of heat in our Wasabi Horseradish!
1Mix the sherry, Wasabi Horseradish and green onions and set it aside
2Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet on high until smoking
3While the pan heats, season the tuna with salt and pepper to taste
4Add the seasoned tuna cubes and garlic to the skillet and sear on each side for 1 minute
5Reduce the heat to medium and continue to sauté for additional an additional minute
6Pour the sherry, horseradish, and green onion mixture over the tuna and reduce to low heat
7Continue to cook for approximately 2 minutes. The tuna should be medium to medium rare. Do not overcook!
