This simple and filling panzanella salad features delicious Sweet Hot Mustard and is perfect for summer time!
1Preheat over to 325 degrees
2Toss the bread cubes with olive oil and season with salt/pepper
3Place cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and bake until lightly browned
4Remove cubes from oven and combine with tomatoes and basil
5In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified
6Combine the bread, tomatoes and basil with toasted bread until the cubes are completely covered and have absorbed the dressing
