July 3, 2017
Pork & Panko (breadcrumbs, that is)! We keep the recipe simple and the spices complex with our Sriracha Mustard and Chinese Hot Mustard.
Directions
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2Season the pork with salt and pepper to taste
3Combine the remaining pork loin ingredients except the Panko bread crumbs in a bowl
4Coat all the surfaces of the pork loin with the mixture, then coat with the bread crumbs
5Place the coated pork on a roasting rack in a roasting pan
6Insert an instant read meat thermometer in the thickest part of the roast and cook in preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees
7Allow the roast to rest for 15 minutes before cutting into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices
8Mix Chinese Hot Mustard with equal amount of soy sauce and serve as dipping sauce for the pork slices
