Salmon with Beaver Brand Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 oz canola or olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets (4 to 6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Beaver Brand Honey Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees.
  2. Coat a cast-iron skillet with oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets into the skillet – skin side down.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Coat with lemon juice and brush with enough Beaver Brand Honey Mustard to coat.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  7. Enjoy!
